In December 2024, Hamat organized a Team Building event that brought together its employees in an atmosphere filled with energy, collaboration, and team spirit, in celebration of the launch of its new strategy—a bold and ambitious phase in the company’s journey.
This event was designed to be more than just a recreational activity. It was carefully crafted to reflect the pillars and initiatives of the new strategy, and to deepen employees’ understanding of it through interactive activities and collaborative workstations that highlighted upcoming priorities and the vital roles individuals will play in achieving them.
The event featured engaging and innovative activities specially designed to foster collaboration and collective thinking. Employees participated in challenges that translated Hamat’s core values into real-life actions—most notably: Excellence, Growth Ambition, and Empowerment. These values were present in every moment of the event, strengthening employee connection to the company culture and opening new channels for communication among colleagues from various departments and locations.
