Hamat introduced a new training experience using Virtual Reality (VR) for the CRM team, providing them with a realistic environment where they can learn how to interact with visitors and handle daily situations inside the mall in an interactive and safe way.
The training allows employees to go through scenarios that fully simulate real-life situations from welcoming visitors, to responding to inquiries, and even managing challenging situations helping them build skills faster, gain more confidence, and enjoy a unique and engaging learning experience.
This initiative comes as part of Hamat’s ongoing commitment to adopting the latest technologies to enhance service quality and improve the visitor experience across our malls.
