As part of enhancing knowledge and strengthening practical expertise, Hamat employees participated in an intensive three-day training program in Dubai, organized in collaboration with the Middle East Council of Shopping Centres (MECSR).
The program was specifically designed for Hamat’s team and focused on key topics in retail leasing and shopping centre management, which included:
- Educational sessions led by industry experts.
- Interactive workshops that addressed major challenges and solutions in the retail sector.
- Field visits to some of Dubai’s leading shopping centres to closely observe global best practices.
The program provided participants with the opportunity to exchange experiences, discuss ideas, and explore the latest trends in malls and retail, making it a comprehensive experience that combined both theoretical and practical learning.
This journey was a practical example of the importance of specialized field training and how direct experience can add greater depth to learning and broaden participants’ perspectives.
