- Retail Leasing & Operation Masterclass in collaboration with the Middle East Council of Shopping Centres (MECSR)
Hamat, in partnership with the MECSR, organized an intensive three-day training program in Dubai for its Leasing and Mall Management teams. The program focused on equipping participants with essential knowledge in leasing and mall operations through specialized sessions led by industry experts, interactive workshops addressing key challenges and solutions in the retail sector, and field visits to major shopping malls in Dubai to closely observe global best practices. The program provided participants with an opportunity to exchange experiences, discuss ideas, and explore the latest trends in the retail and shopping mall industry.
- HR Team Program (Mastering AI for HR)
Hamat organized this program in collaboration with Leoron Training Center, targeting the Human Resources team with the aim of exploring the potential of Artificial Intelligence and its practical applications in daily HR operations. The program offered specialized content covering the use of smart solutions in recruitment, data analysis, performance measurement, and enhancing employee experience through innovative tools. Combining theoretical knowledge with practical application in interactive sessions, the training reflected Hamat’s commitment to integrating technology into its strategies and developing team capabilities to meet future requirements.
