PMI-SP Course in Project Scheduling Management
In collaboration with Bakkah Training Center, Hamat organized a certified PMI-SP course, which focused on advanced concepts in professional project scheduling management.
The course targeted the Marketing team, along with several employees from the Design and Retail departments, with the goal of strengthening their abilities in planning and managing projects efficiently—ultimately contributing to smoother execution and the achievement of operational goals.
Negotiation Skills Course
In collaboration with the global Huthwaite Center, Hamat delivered a specialized course in negotiation skills. Due to the importance of this skill in the company’s sector, the course was organized in two phases. It targeted key departments such as Leasing, Contracts, Procurement, and Collections. Participants were trained on the latest methods and techniques for effective negotiation, enabling them to achieve better outcomes and build strong working relationships with various stakeholders.
